How do you feel forwking for free for Acer ?

I'm just wondering how this community works. Acer is a for-profit company that lets their customers out in the cold after the warranty period expires. And then they point you here, where volunteers try their best to help frustrated customers. 

I'm sorry, that's *NOT* how I see a company honoring its obligations with its customers. My relationship with Acer does not end when the warranty expires. They don't have to replace their product for workmanship problems after a year. But they should do a better job answering the questions their customers have, with paid, professional, customer support. At least if they want people to keep buying from them. I know I won't.

I've been assembly my computers since 1994. Last year I purchased an Acer laptop. Although I do not regret the purchase, I'll NEVER, EVER again buy Acer, just because if their horrible customer support. I honestly seel cheated.
