Didn't boot after Blue screen

Hi, I want to ask about my laptop problem
My laptop just had blue screen, after that it didn't boot but the light indicator is on
My laptop model is E5-572G Windows 10

    Hi @JstinValentine
    1. Unplug the AC power adapter.
    2. Press and hold the Power button down for 15 seconds. This will perform a software battery reset that may resolve the issue.
    3. If your system has a battery pinhole reset on the bottom, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole and hold the button down for 5 seconds.
    4. Start your Acer laptop, press Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Acer logo appears. Wait for a while, you will boot to the Choose an option screen. Select the "Troubleshoot" option, you can try to do system restore or System Refresh

    A slight problem tho my Laptop has no battery

    Owh yeah there a slight problem, my laptop doesn't have any battery 😅
    Because I broke it few months ago
