Acer Spin 5 16GB DISPLAY stopped working after just 4 months of purchase

I had bought acer spin 5, 16GB , core i7 model from Xcite alghanim electronics in Kuwait in august 2019 . I had used it for 4 months and all of a sudden the display just stopped working. I tried resetting , but nothing works. the laptop starts with leds and fan on, but the display switch on. also the fan is running continuously. I have a valid 1 year international travellers warranty but the service centres in India is not accepting it. They are saying that the product was purchased from Kuwait so only if I’m a Kuwaiti citizen I will be able to avail warranty from India. But I’m an Indian citizen. I don’t understand the logic of this warranty. Please someone help me with the warranty or give me a quick easy fix for this?

    I am sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Spin 5. Do you get a black screen or any error when turned on or no display at all, have you tried connecting the monitor to an external display? Does it show an image on an external display?
