My laptop freezing 2 /3 times per day while watching movies aspire a515 54

Hello. Please reply a answer my trouble.
i bought acer aspire a515 54 . I5 10 th gen nvidia mx250 8 gb ram 1 tb hdd.
after 2 days it’s starts freezing while watching movies and listening songs.
i am using pot player after the problem I updated that also . And I tried powerdvd ultra same problem occurs. I checked all drivers and graphics.and laptop comes with norton ultra 30 days. I don’t know it creates something in laptop. Please help me to fix this.

note: if anyone help me to solve this problem, i will give Hotstar premium for the person.

    Open ControlPanel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in the left pane. In the box that pops up make sure system protection is enabled. Then click the 'system restore' button. Then 'next'. Check for a restore point with a date/time stamp that coincides with when it started freezing. Uninstall Norton Ultra and any other non-Micosoft anti-malware that's installed, most people only need Windows Defender and Malicious Software Removal Tool which are already updated regularly.
