So I'll get this one out of the way. I tried installing a new bios on my laptop a while back when I couldn't get my new M.2 NVME to show up in the m.2 slot. I honestly can't remember if the error was there before or not but I am pretty sure that's probably what caused it.

I recently attempted to uninstall, reinstall, and rollback the driver all without success. I apologize for not giving more details, I can't remember all the steps I have taken over the last few months.

Poor_Bear code 43 sometimes its a bios/driver issue or might even be something hardware wise have u tried to update your gpu bios check here (if you can find a bios update for your mobile variant as that video its for desktop variant) you can also if nothing else works perform a stock recovery clean install backup everything you need first and select delete everything option to rule out any software issues if after this the issue persists it would most probably be a hardware issue at this point contact acer support to send it back to get it checked if its still under warranty

Just wanted to update. I submitted a request to acer. Unfortunately, no dice after following all your steps. Wish I was more computer savy and could just open it up, have a looksy at the graphics card and figure out whether it was hardware or software issue.

I was wondering, does it have anything to do with boot order? I've seen some users attempt to boot their graphics card after they boot windows with some success. Wondering if I needed to make sure the boot order was correct?

    Nah. Doesn't matter.
Optionally you could try making a Live Linux USB and try booting up via it to rule out driver issue. If it doesn't work in Linux too, error 43 certainly would mean a hardware issue and need to work with Acer support.
