My laptop on Windows 10 and SSD shuts down after a few minutes or hours of use. At first I thought it was a heating problem, but I put the fan speed up to 100% and bought a cooling pad so it's fine now. But it's still shutting down. Sscond, I tried removing the battery since I thought it would be the battery. It was fine for a few minutes but it shut down. I haven't tried if it's the charger yet since it charges the device fine.

Try the below step and check
power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.
BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart

If the above step dont work , once you can try to remove the RAM and wait for 2 minutes and than place it back.
