How can I remove the Bios password on my laptop?

    Sorry you must arrange to have the BIOS reset  by an ACER authorized service center in your region

    Only two ways - either you recall it or send it to Acer. Acer did a very good job of not being able to manually remove/change it if one forgets it - a good security move.
    Resetting bios via jumper will not reset the bios password.

    If you know the password then select change password and leave the new password empty then save and exit
