I don't know if it's how it should be but when I play game in my laptop, the fan spin rapidly until it makes noise too. Even though I have set the fan on custom setting It keeps changing. If It's not how things should be, how do I fix It ?
P.S.  I've just bought this laptop on early august this year.
FYI this is the average temperature of my latop when I play game, in this case It's AC Odyssey.

Its temperature is high. Even if you manually slow down the fan speed, the fan speed has to be increased to keep the cpu and gpu temperature normal, see:

90 degrees is pushing the limit and I suspect bad thermal paste which has been an ongoing problem. Repaste with Grizzly Kryonaut which is fairly simple and the video below shows you how step by step. You can also try undervolting using Intel XTU or a similar program, reduce it to -0.180v, -0.175v in steps, -0.150 is usually about right and has been shown to drop temps to around 80 deg

To add... do not put the fans speed lower than what the system wants it to be at - the fans speed scales up in accordance with the heat generated to dissipate all that heat. I would suggest putting them on auto and turning cool boost on.
Also try putting your power plan to "balanced". I play a lot of games and don't see a need to go to high performance plans on any of my laptops.
