How to get back my Acer Crystal Eye Webcam

Good Day!

I have AOD270-1835 netbook. I was trying to have video call with my fam and got an error "no camera detected", the camera was working perfectly since I got it. So I went to acer crystal camera itself and I click the setting button and it ask me to Upadate to a new version and I click it...then it asked me to unsinstall it which i did. At that time I was thinking that the software will just renewed not knowing that it will be gone and I havent see any changes for the update I did.

So I ended going to your website to download the crystal eye webcam. I tried to install it but its not working. I need help, your responce will be appreciated

You can download it from some other model Link;

Like download it from Model: E1-531, Under application: Webcam application.

Thank you so much for your responced in helping me solving my problem, i really appreciate it. Yesterday, after I post this question I was able to figure out how to get it back. So for others who has same issue, you can go to Acer eRecoverey Management< click on restore<reinstall drivers and application< then select the drivers that you wanted to get back. Then you'll have it back.
