  • Hi,
Did you leave the laptop to rest after the battery reset? Try once more, switch off the laptop, disconnect the mains, follow the instructions in the video, then leave the laptop to rest for a while(15-20 Mins), then reconnect the AC adapter and fully charge the battery before start using it again.

I think it is not a battery issue because power function is working and battery is full
I asked a technician he says the issue may be in graphic card or may be in display  but i think the display is working fine because
yesterday I get disply too when i am trying to repair my PC and I also get an error in my window (error:800a000d)  then after few hours the same problem occured again (first display going white and after then completely black)

Get into the BIOS and see if the display is working there. If it is the problem is software, if not the problem is hardware.
