Hello everyone, I have an Acer aspire 7750-6600 with an i3-2350M; I was wondering if I can upgrade the CPU with an i7-2620M?
I don't know if anyone has ever tried this and been successful.

Thank you for your help.

You can as the 7750-6600 with its i3-2350M can be upgraded to an i7-2720QM 4/8 cores and treads, 2.2 to 3.3GHz, L2-1MB to L3-6MB and TDP-45W makes the 7750 perform much better, have a look at http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/cgi-bin/SearchPart.pl?PART=i5-2430M&ACTION=Search but and also, upgrading its ram to 8GB (DD3 PC3-14900) and its hdd to an 2.5" ssd (preferably Samsung EVO or PRO) will  increase the Acer Aspire 7750-6600 performance substantially and to a much better laptop, make sure that you change its cpu fan, as the 7750 is getting old and its worth changing the fan while you are doing such an upgrade. I've done all this and it works 100%.
