My Predator PH315-52 is not using the battery

My battery have been charged to 100% then not working.
when i unplugged the AC adapter the laptop automatically shutdown .
when i press the power button without AC adapter nothing happen.
it seems like the laptop is not using the battery energy or is disconnected from the battery.  how can that happens?
 if someone know what is going on,  please help me.

    Did you perform the battery reset procedure?
    Have you checked the motherboard internal interrupt button?

    I did not perform the  battery reset procedure. because i am not seeing how to do it. i can not find the pinhole on the back people general used to perform battery reset on some laptops. also, the power button has no effect when the AC is unplugged.  
    The laptops behaves like there is no battery inside. however, when it is running with AC adapter it show battery full charged.
    For the motherboard internal  interrupt button i don't know where it is. also, do i need to disassemble the laptops to see that button?

    Did you find a solution i am facing the same problem. One day i was playing nfs heat nd then the current went down and my laptop suddenly shut down idk y.
