funcster unfortunately i cant provide any Acer official videos (they dont have any we as ACE's can only look into the service manuals to be able to provide the best troubleshooting support we can and even in some situations were can post parts of the manuals for better help) but if you search on google you will probably find some for ex you can follow this video on disassembling/upgrading.

About upgrading it and yes you device have 2 x m.2 slots and if its not in raid 0 you still have ne free to add another m.2 ssd if its in raid 0 (i personally really dont recommend it if i had a device that would come with raid 0 on stock i would definitely break the array and install the OS on one drive only as raid 0 stripping mode its dangerous if one drive fails you will loose everything im not saying its going to but its better safe than sorry :) but the most important here is dont do anything that might void your warranty ) you cant add anything unless you break the raid array and reinstall windows again without raid (its a bit complicated but its not that hard) so its up to you to check if your config its in raid 0 or not but most probably is  and you can also replace the 2.5" hdd with a 2.5" ssd if you wish to and also the ram can be upgraded up to 64gb if you wish to the first 2 slots of ram and the m.2 and the hdd are easily accessible you only have to completely disassemble it to upgrade ram in the other 2 free slots or for ex clean the fans and repaste it (which i dont recommend it if you have any warranty seals you will void it)
