How to fix power limit throttling in acer predator helios 300 2019??

When i do cpu stress test using intel xtu, it shoes power limit throlling .How do i fix it??
I am also getting low fps in games.

Sdjshi04 you have to optimize windows and undervolted it even more (as it should already come pre-undervolted on stock via PS) with TS not xtu check here and if still needed repaste it if you can without voiding the warranty 

And yes it will throttle if you have high temps will auto down clock itself to a safe clock speed to lower the temps and to not burn the mobo if the laptop its brand new just send it back for a repaste gpu shouldnt go above 70/75 max and cpu 75/80 spiking to 85'ish in some cases but anything above that its bad
