My Predator G3-710 OverHeating, CPU Fan not Turning On

I have had my Pc for a while Now, And the CPU Temp has Always Been Higher than it Is meant to be, I Was starting to wonder what was wrong, So i opened the Case to Find The CPU Cooler Not Running When the Temps Were almost at 100 Degrees, I Tryed to Update my Bios But, It wont let me For Some reason (Wont Find USB Drive in boot Manager) Does Anyone Else have this problem and Has it Been Fixed? Thanks!

    Yeah, don't update the BIOS for that. It sounds like the fan isn't connected, the fan wiring is bad or the fan itself is bad. The CPU fan connection is between the CPU socket and memory, near the edge of the motherboard
