Hisham14 no its not normal but again games like pubg/fortnite/rust are badly optimized check your temps with a proper optimized game like for ex shadow of the tomb raider and if you are still hitting those temps optimize windows/undervolt if you havent already check here  and if the issue still persists repasting with kryonaut or similar its the only solution left bare in mind if you have warranty seals that you might have to break you will void your warranty so if this is the case i suggest you to contact acer for a repaste but if you dont have any you can do it yourself without voiding the warranty assuming you dont damage anything when disassembling/assembling it back and clan the fans properly and exit airflow while youre repasting it and dont change the thermal pads unless they are damaged or you damage them yourself

And by the way what is the full model number of your device by the red ps i assume its either a 2017/2018 model you can also upgrade your ps to the new version if you wish follow the instructions here the cpu shouldnt go over 85 max (its when it might to start to throttle) and the gpu 70/75 spiking to 80 in some cases depending on the gpu over 80 its bad you gpu temps are fine your issue its only the cpu as far as i can see
