    Hello i have the same problem. i bought a laptop on 11/11/2019

    Nitro AN515-54 NH.Q59EY.008

    completely same problem. I send it to Acer and i'm waiting :(

    Hi, I have the same issues, do you find a solution? I reinstalled Windows and all the pilots and still the same freezing problem.
    I thought it could be the graphic card or the SSD but no… I don't know what to do...

    My conf is AN515-54-53CU Part Number: NH.Q5BEF.013
    i5-9300H
    GeForce® GTX 1660Ti
    Windows 10  pro
    256 GB SSD
