My predator helios 300 (ph315-51) screen is not producing soft colors. Is there inbuilt issue.

The colors are not soft and seems harsh. The blacks are more black and the colors are hard. Can't use laptop for longer period of time. Hurting eyes. Even tried to change saturation, contrast, brightness but to no use. The service centre showed another predator which also seems to have same issue (according to me). It is fine according to service centre. However there is certainly a difference in one bought from usa.

Rsbhatotia well i think all ips panels are the same everywhere the issue here its not the display but certain ppl are more sensitive to them dunno if theres anything you can do here apart from getting a external display that suits you in my view theres nothing wrong with any never noticed any issues and never had any with any display from any laptop or desktop as i said the issue here seems to be user eye hypersensitivity to these kind of displays you can try windows night light but i doubt it will make any difference in your case
