My PC predator Helios 300 - Doesn't recognize its vendor
Hi , this my first question here . sorry if I put the question to sub-forum that doesn't relate.
I've purchased the predator Helios 300 . refurbished ( I7-8750h + 1060).
When I set it up for the first time. I made a copy of :
The registry settings.
a screenshot of default users
The product ID & Bois framware version.
App services performance and some other things.
( Unfortunately I forgot to capture the disk partitions)
a screenshot of the product ID - and logged in through Acer app.( Now in its registered in my product section in my account).
Also
I've installed Avira and run a quick scan
the last thing I was about to do is to make back up for the system .
I should used the default window tool
but since it doesn't work in wifi ( or probably I didn't know how to do it😅)
I decided to use third party app which was
Aomei one click recovery.
it's made a partition on my ssd & some hidden folders & log files.
So I decided to reset my window and stick to the default window tool.
unfortunately tho , my pc now have a new ID , and didn't recognize the vendor ( Acer)
the background was changed to the default window background. And even though there's some apps it didn't work like the expected ( like predator sense)
I immediately logged into my account , download the acer care Center says sorry this computer is not supported.
the detection tool recognize the brand & product name .
what should I do now ?
