Hi guys!
I have this G3-571, all was good, everything is original except I have added a 2tb HDD.
Sometimes, when I unplug the power cord (or a HDMI, it just happend) my laptop shuts down,
I have done no undervolting, I have cleaned the fans once,
It is now out of warranty, and I am working in the field of electronics, so if it is something like changing the battery or bend a pin I know how to do it

Please help me, it is my work station and I always have multiple programms running and I can't have it to turn off for no reasons.

Thanks!

Hey guys, maybe I have found the issue, but it's been only 4 days since it hasn't crashed, so still testing...
I have modified the maximum usage in the battery settings to 97 and 95 %, on cord and on battery respectively.
I'll keep you updated in 2 weeks to call it a win ;-)

Okay, it's been 2 weeks, no more crash,
My computer is in french, but here are some printscreens
You have to go to personalize a power mode
Modifiy those parameters, than clic on the "advanced settings" in blue
And then, don't put 100% usage on and off the battery, put like 97 and 95, it worked for me, you can put it a bit higher maybe, but hey

    thanks for your help guys!

Ok, New update, today it just turned off even though I haven't plugged/unplugged something in it, juste like that, and I think it was when I lifted it up, do you think the battery cable is damaged?
I have done a battery reboot (using the little button on the bottom), and after that there was a wierd pixel line on the far bottom of the screen,
    Any ideas?

@Ch1m1x check your adapter also check your battery report for the wear and make sure the interlock kill switch in the ram Compartment its properly pressed if not sure add some layers of electrical tape to make sure its properly pressed when the compartment door its screwed back in place

Hey I was wondering if you could recommend an external laptop fan for this 2019 model? Also have you noticed many issues like OP posted about with this model, as compared to the old one (2018 version and before)?

ArtyomReaper regarding the internal fans (in the 2019 model) i can get you the fans part numbers but you probably wouldnt be able to get them as the stock are metal aeroblades 4th gen they might be a bit noisy for some ppl but  if you want to swap them just search for the plastic delta that seems to reduce the noise down and still keep up good temps (this will void your warranty if you have any warranty seals and will also be considered voided if you have to send it back with the plastic fans) now if you are looking for a good laptop cooler get a coolermaster notepal XL because its not the number of the fans that matter but the size of the fans and the powerful airflow  also this thread its about the G3-571 from 2017 not the new h300 2019 they come pre undervolted so there shouldnt have any thermal issues sometimes will happen if the thermal paste was not properly applied but a repaste would fix it
