My touchpad isn't working (Nitro 5 515-54)

Hello,

So I've just received this laptop, Nitro 5 515-54, I installed windows on it, and even in the windows installation, the touchpad wouldn't work. I figured it was a driver problem or something, so I just did without. But now it's been an entire day, and I can't manage to make it work. I've tried pretty much everything I could find, uninstalling drivers, installing them from the acer official site, nothing seems to work. If someone has an idea on what's the problem, I would really appreciate it, thanks

Okay it was fn + f7, apparently the drivers I installed last worked but I forgot to test after re activating the touchpad with this command, thanks a lot

    Hi tom,
THanks for your help but it didn't resolve my problem. Apparently for him he just had to change a setting in the bios to make it work, and after that reinstalling drivers because his device was "hidden", but it's not the same for me, I don't have an option for my touchpad in the BIOS and I have 0 hidden devices.
