Predator Helios 300 trailing/ghosting of fast-moving objects

When i Turn on the LCD Overdrive then there is trailing/ghosting of fast-moving objects and when i turn it off then there is a lot of motion blur.

This problem started when i formatted my laptop and installed fresh windows ,i am having a theory that something got uninstalled which comes with the version of windows install by Acer.

But i downloaded all the Drivers from the acer site by putting my SNID which the site asked to get the drivers for my laptop ,so all the drivers are installed properly and also everything is updated i tried   re-installing everything(all drivers and software like nvidia ,predator sense,etc,) resetting windows,still the problem is there i will be highly obliged if someone can help me fix this trailing/ghosting problem on turning on LCD Override.

Like when I play fifa or any racing game or move a window on the desktop very fast or anything moving fast on the display it starts appearing like a ghost/trail of that fast moving thing right next to it. 
When I turn off LCD Override then it stops but then motion blur starts happening, this LCD Override problem began after installing fresh windows 10 before that it worked just fine with the windows which came installed by Acer. Please help me get this fixed.
