Why can't i find a specific Helios Model on the product's page NH.Q54EM.002

Hello guys
so i've been looking for a specific helios 300 model ''NH.Q54EM.002''
but i couldn't find it on the product's models page for some reason
can somebody please help me how and where can i find it?

    Specific models are available in certain countries, regions and markets.
    For this reason, the information base is the same for the whole series, in this case PH315-52

    is it a 60 or 144 hz

    If u have a 1080p sticker it's 60 hz to be 144hz you would have a sticker saying so also get in touch with the seller/shop to make sure

    thats why i was confused
    because sadly they told me that its a 144hz but i found out its actually a 60 so i'll have to go back to them
