Usually how many weeks/days the monitor be fix?

I've bought Aspire 5 last Nov. 4,2019. After 3 days, the monitor starts to flicker so I brought it back to the store (Nov.8,2019). The customer service said they will order parts from the main branch and promised me that it will be fix after 2 weeks. Now its almost 1 month I've been visiting the store every week to followup if there's a progress but there's none. I bought it at SM City Cebu Acer Store

    On the other hand the response time to give a diagnosis is approximately 5-10 business days, the repair time will depend on the availability of the part in case the equipment requires it (if a part needs to be ordered, it can take from 1-4 weeks for the parts to arrive), please keep in mind that all dates/time given is estimated (we do not have control of mailing times or if customs retain any merchandise).
