kemo9005 have you checked your temps to see if thats not the main issue ? if you have thermal issues you have to either send it back to get it repasted or if you can do it yourself yourself without voiding your warranty by not having to break any seals/stickers while disassembling it if this is the case i recommend you to repaste it with kryonaut but  if you dont have thermal issues at all i suggest you to perform this if after a clean install you still have issues its most probably a hardware issue and at this point i would send it back either to get it fixed/replaced or even refunded

Hi, I opened windows event log and found the restarts concides with error bugcheck saying windows rebooted due to error 002=000000064......, I contacted windows 10 help online and after he confirmed that this happens before windows update and there no integrity violations in the system he told me I should send it back. Also please note that the restarts happens at about 43c degree no heavy graphic

kemo9005 what about youre cpu temps ?? and before you send it back perform a stock recovery clean install check here theres no point in contacting windows support they are useless and do not care neither will help in anything useful disregard everything they say they are never responsible for any issues with windows (according to them even if its heir own OS funny aint it lol) its always a hardware issue no matter what the issue is :p  only after a clean install if the issue still persists you can conclude its a hardware issue

The 43 is the cpu the gpu 1660ti wasn't working at the time, I'm afraid if start making changes and putting new windows I will miss the chance to send the laptop back to the seeler, I have 13 days left for return period

Doing Alt+F10 restores the original Windows 10 that came from Acer. So it won't affect your return chance.

Are you sure it is genuine? What does the license description say when you run slmgr/dlv in command prompt?
