acer aspire e15 shutting down randomly

ive had this acer aspire e15 (E5-576G-81GD) for about a year or 2 now and havent had many issues with it up until this month when it randomly started shutting down on me when doing basic tasks such as web browsing. dont quite know why this is happening, thank you in advance for help!

 Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try power drain by following the below steps. 

Power Drain

**********

1)Unplug the AC power adapter.

2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off. 

3)Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.

 If doesn't work, try to do BIOS default by following the below steps.

RESET BIOS

1.Turn off the unit. When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.

2.Immediately keep on tapping the F2 to enter the BIOS.                               

3.In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.

4.At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.

5. Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

     Kindly post your results and we will proceed from there.
