Screen flickering when using graphic software Helios 300 (PH317-53)

I use my Helios 300 (PH317-53) for graphic works, mainly Photoshop and Blender. I noticed that when I click anything in Blender screen gets slightly dimmed, the same happens in Photoshop.
I have latest updates installed *nvidia and windows 10). It looks like software responsible for switching between integrated GPU and GTX 1660ti is not working properly. I already have reinstalled Predator Sense, but it didn't help. What else can I do to fix it ? It is very annoying.

abhaya make sure you setup manually each software on nvcp to which gpu you want it to use (IGPU/DGPU) just setting it on nvcp to either performance or integrated graphics its not enough it has to be manually setup to make sure it sticks to it and then check if the issue persists

I have a Helios 300 PH315-52-7210 RTX2060.

Have you managed to fix it up? I´ve tried to do as @xapim said, but didnt succeed. I´ve opened the nvidia panel and selected photoshop on programs tab. Chose the NVIDIA option for photoshop, but didn´t work. Im not sure if i´ve done it as suggested by him.

Also, Ive noticed I dont have this problem at all when i plug it on an external monitor.
