Hello again! Solved my problem! I refreshed the Bios, I pressed CTRL+S in BIOS and I set SATA mode to AHCI. Had to reinstall Windows, but after installation everything works correct!

    Hi,
Switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains(remove AC adapter), follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for 20 Mins after the reset, the connect the AC adapter start the laptop. Reset pinhole is 1 in my snip.

    Hi,
It could be a minor glitch, no harm in trying a battery reset because it resolves many minor problems, so if you want to try, go ahead.

    Hi,
Yes, you can reinstall the NVIDIA driver and see whether it fixes the problem, if that doesn't help, try the solutions suggested in this link:https://www.stellarinfo.com/blog/how-to-fix-kernel-data-inpage-error/

Use whichever method works in this link to access Advanced Startup Options: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-advanc...

If none of the other methods work it may be necessary to Create Windows 10 Installation Media on another PC: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m...

Insert media, boot it by powering up PC while pressing the BIOS Boot Menu Key: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...

Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered, then on second screen choose Repair Your Computer. If the media won't boot you may need to enter BIOS/UEFI Setup (pressing key given in chart in link above) to turn off Fast Boot or Fast Startup first.

In the Advanced Troubleshooting options try to System Restore to a point before the problems began, Startup Repair, then if necessary from Startup Settings try to get into Safe Mode with Networking, or lastly Safe Mode. If Startup Settings aren't available you can force Safe Mode from Command Prompt using the command to unhide F8 Advanced Startup Options here: https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-saf...

From Safe Mode w/Networking work through the Windows 10 Install Integrity Checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get donehttp://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_10-performance/windows-10-performance-and-install-integrity/75529fd4-fac7-4653-893a-dd8cd4b4db00: If it doesn’t fix Windows enough to start it normally, then try a Windows 10 Refresh: https://www.howtogeek.com/265054/how-to-easily-...

If Safe Mode doesn’t work or help stabilize things then return to Advanced Troubleshoot options. Next try Command Prompt to run through Windows 10 Install Integrity Checklist (above link) repair commands including sfc /scannow, DISM, a full Disk Check, or return to Troubleshoot options to Reset Your Windows 10 PC.

Better yet do the vastly superior Clean Install Windows 10 following the steps in this link to delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

There is a step to Rescue Files from the booted media Command Prompt first: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

An alternative is to run Factory Recovery from it’s hotkey at boot; find yours by googling the “PC make/model + Run Factory Recovery.” But keep in mind the Factory install is greatly inferior to a Clean Install, a Reset or a Refresh without the crippling factory bloatware. After Recovery mitigate the inferior factory install with the Checklist steps from earlier.

I can't take credit for this as it's been mentioned a few times for similar models. You need to install the Rapid Storage Technology application/driver from the Intel support site (I didn't have any luck with the version provided on the Acer support site).

Hello everyone! I bought a new Acer A515-54G yesterday (Intel i5-10210U+Mx250) and I get same error. (Latest new Windows 10/64, all driver updated too) I turned off Nvidia, I reseted battery as shown above. I installed Intel Driver & Support Assistant. It found new Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers - x.x.x.7463, but couldn't install. "Error: A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel® Driver & Support Assistant is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel® driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver can cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer."

What do you mean by "I refreshed  Bios"? Did you just reset it to default settings? CTRL+S doesn't work in my Bios. Could you make couple of screenshots, step by step?

I want to let other readers know that this fixed the BSOD when waking up from sleep with my A515-54 (no G) AND fixed a problem where the laptop would BSOD every time it powered on.
After I installed the RST Drivers from Intel's site (SetupRST.exe) both the wakeup BSOD and the cold-boot BSOD stopped happening!

Confirm that the BSOD on waking from sleep on my Aspire 515-54 was solved by installing the RST files from Intel as described above. (I never tried the BIOS suggestion.)
