My Aspire 5, A515-41G-157D Windows 10, has lost all network connections after the Windows 10 November 2019 update.

Even my own machine is no longer visible in the network explorer window.

So, I uninstalled the update. No luck.

After searching I followed the steps in...
“Windows 10 machine can’t access shared folder. 3 Nov 16
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-networking-winpc/windows-10-machine-cant-access-shared-folder
It FAILED.

I found the check box in Win 8 but NOT in Win 10.

Next, I followed these steps...
https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2113474-can-t-access-shares-on-windows-10-computer
Another fail.

Any ideas?

You've lost all network connections as in you can't connect to WiFi or wired and can't get to the internet? Or you've lost all network connection as in your normally shared homegroup resources are no longer visible?

    Thanks for the quick response.

My WiFi and Internet are good and have not been affected.

I’ve lost all my normally shared homegroup resources.

My Aspire is also missing from the network explorer window.

I read something recently about Microsoft dropping support for HomeGroups. You may have to jump through more hoops to share resources directly between local devices instead of using their cloud services to share data. :(
