I have checked on sticker of RAM and also via command and found that my RAM is 3200mhz. But, in Task Manager, it shows 2667mhz.
Now i want to upgrade my RAM and confused which speed to buy.. and we already know 3200mhz RAM are very difficulty to buy. Please help me get through this.

Yes, you have a PT315-51(from an earlier post by you), this model supports up to 2666MHz module.

sdzshn3 check on cpu-z probably someone did a mistake on factory and shipped the unit with a 3200mhz sodimm instead a 2666 which would clock down to 2666 because the mobo only supports 2666 as @brummyfan2 stated above and if you are planning in upgrading your ram to dual channel ( supports up to 32gb) you should just try to sell your 3200mhz sodimm or keep it around again its up t you i still have my  8gb stock saved in the 32gb hyperx box since i upgraded might just sell it if someone comes around asking for it (if cpu-z shows its a 3200mhz) and get 2 sodimms 2666 either 2x8gb or 2x16gb its up to you to decide how much money you want to spend on it dont mix ram from different sizes/clocks/CL and if you want some good one just get some hyperx or if you want cheaper there are many choices available around
