Does Having More Storage Space Boost Gameplay? If So, How Much Should I Have Left? (Helios 300)

I am curious to know if having more storage space available boosts performance in my helios predator 300 and if so, which disk does it especially apply to because I heard something about the local disk slowing performance. Kindly comment if you know the answer. Thanks! :)

AceGames having more storage will not boost your performance but your should have at least always 20/30gb free in the main OS drive at all times and also the OS in a ssd of course :) you could also upgrade your ram (always use it in dual channel 2 sodimms same size clock/cl and preferably brand) upgrading your windows virtual memory also helps in performance but it will deduct from your available drive space

    Two factors here --
    1. Windows 10 needs atleast 20-40GB of free space on the windows installed drive for optimal performance (not counting swap space).
    2. Irrespective of OS, it is advised to keep atleast 40% of disk free when it comes to SSDs - given the way how SSD writes and erases memory - to increase longetivity of the drive.

AceGames what will most probably boost your gameplay its more ram (always in dual channel) and if properly optimised/undervolted to not thermal throttle also optimize the games themselves for the best settings
