Same FPS on all settings in my Acer Helios 300 - Predator PH315-52.

Actually the issue is that, the display uses the intel’s integrated graphics instead of the dedicated graphics. 

This is something called as Optimus technology. In Acer laptops, unfortunately we cannot switch this setting.

My RAM was in single channel, so hearing to others I upgraded the RAM to dual channel, but unfortunately it did not help.

Only solution is using an external display. This helps display to use the dedicated graphics card and hence get more FPS.
