acer Swift 1 entire keyboard unresponsive except power button

This is the third day using my new laptop and I got on and the keyboard wasn’t working the power button works and so does the touch pad any ideas??

    Just go to device manager and uninstall the keyboard driver and restart the unit and check.

    @Jack22 that’s the standard ps/2 keyboard if I uninstall that won’t that hace a negative okjyhebko

    Dont worry if you going to uninstall and restart the laptop it will reinstall the driver by itself. so try that and check.

    @Jack22 didn’t work I also tried the battery reset

    Cable might have come loose internally. Swap it out with the vendor for fastest response or contact Acer support and they will have you send it in for a fix.
