    Hi,

It means that the battery in the laptop may be flat.

Try the following to see if you can get your laptop to start:

    1. Disconnect the power adapter from the laptop.

    2. Remove the battery pack from the laptop.

    3. Press and hold the Power button on the laptop for 10 seconds.

    4. Reconnect and switch on the power adapter to the laptop. Leave the battery out at this stage.

    5. Try to start the laptop. If it starts allow it to boot all the

thank you very much for reply..and it turns out to be a faulty charger and now its fixed☺.. but any suugestions about the flickering screen..it gets hot at the bottom of the screen where there is the predator lable when i use it for a while..some one suggested a screen replacement..what do you think?

Balu please stop giving advice's to remove the battery from the laptop they are not removable period if you or anyone else try to remove it you will void your warranty also copying and paste the same all over its not a constructive way to help at all and just for you to know this is the proper way to perform a battery power drain:

Uninstall the acpi driver disconnect from AC press/hold the battery pinhole switch for 30s+ (only available on 2017/18 predators) on 2019 its the power button only leave it off for 2/3h to complete drain any capacitors left with power then boot into bios reset to defaults let windows reinstall the acpi driver and see if the issue persists or not if the issue persists its either the battery faulty (check the battery wear percentage) it can also be the adapter faulty or the worst case the mobo itself in which of the cases if still on warranty should be sent back for a repair/replace.

Hope this makes it clear for you regarding how batteries work on all gaming laptops so think twice next time before you give bad advice it wont take you anywhere if you dont know (have the knowledge) of what you are talking about (trying o help with wrong info) please help only if you know exactly what are you talking about it will help everyone else greatly and avoid someone voiding their warranty if they would follow your instructions because after all i guess you wouldnt take full responsibility for buying a new laptop if someone had done so this is really serious we arent here joking in this case the device should be already out of warranty but imagine it was brand new what would you do if someone would void their warranty because of you ?? just think about it very well next time you instruct someone to perform your instructions

Ps: do you even own a predator yourself i guess not if you would you would know all about it

for future helpless people with the same problem:

both times this (blue blinking lights) and something similar (no light at all dead laptop) happened to my acer predator helios 300,
i found the (plug on one end, triangle shape thing that is made out of 3 pipes on the other end connecting to the giant brick) part of the wire,
    [socket]3|--------------E[battery brick]--------------=--[laptop]
    .                    ^^^that
and found another similar wire with the correct ends and plugged it into the brick and into my laptop,
and some black magic ***** it works for no reason, and then i swapped the original back, it works as well,
and everything is fixed and i still don't know how it is fixed.
