Power off machine. Then turn it back on and immediately tap F2 key to enter BIOS menu.

    (1) Is HDD or SSD listed on Information tab?
    (2) Is HDD or SSD listed on Boot tab?

Go to BIOS by keep pressing the F2 key as soon as you see the Acer logo and check whether the Hard drive is detected if yes, than try the below step.
Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart. Check whether the unit is fixed, even after that if you the problem that you need to check with ACer. In order to contact them check the link below.

Power off machine. Then turn it back on and immediately tap F2 key to enter BIOS menu. It must be in UEFI mode, not Legacy.

Éteins l'ordinateur. Retirez le chargeur. Appuyez doucement sur un trombone dans le trou de la goupille de réinitialisation de la batterie en bas pendant 10 secondes. Attendez 15 minutes. Branchez ensuite le chargeur. Allumez l'ordinateur. Jack E/NJ

Turn off computer. Remove charger. Gently press paperclip into battery reset pin hole on bottom for 10 seconds. Wait 15 minutes. Then plug charger in. Turn on computer. Jack E/NJ
