What is a RTX 2060 max-P ? a max-Q ?

Hello,

I used google search, i used the search function here, i even downloaded the manual of a Pc having a RTX 2060 max-P but could not find a clear answer.

Can someone tell me if  RTX 2060 max-P is a RTX 2060 max-Q (it seems to be but again i could not find a clear answer) or a RTX 2060 "laptop".

I know RTX 2060 initially does out come in max-Q but you can find laptops with those now.
