Help with Acer promotion bundle

Both promotion bundles what was offered when I got this pc (14 days ago ) don't work ok one is with NVIDIA, the other was with Acer Customer Care +3 years Warranty. So trying I'm trying to get help with ACER promotion  please don't say customer care.

     Hi  I've had it  registered and confirmed so at the moment no game and no free stuff not happy :(
