Helios 300 (2019) Reboot Issue with ALL drives installed

In addition to the stock 256GB NVMe SSD, I've installed a Corsair MP500 480GB SSD as well as a 1TB Seagate 2.5 HDD.

With both SSDs installed, the system cannot 'reboot'. When attempting to reboot, the OS successfully completes its process of closing down all programs and then hands it off to the BIOS. It is at this stage that the system just hangs while still running. The screen remains black, though you know the system is still running since the fans are still spinning and the keyboard backlight stays lit. The OS does not come back on till I force shutdown the system.

The Helios 300 shuts down and boots up just fine, it is just the reboot function.
I've verified that this problem gets resolved when one of the SSDs have been removed.

I suspect that this is a BIOS bug, as I've done 2 fresh installs of Windows with no success and I have also tested this with 2 other SSDs (other than the OS boot drive), and this problem persists.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
