<p>Had Worst laptop service experience ever. The plastic base of my laptop was broken and I give it to redington, trichy for servicing.15 days later they replace my wifi adapter by some random one from their buffer without my authorisation and returned it. I ask him to replace the random wifi driver with mine and deliver it again. Another 15 days later, he makes me wait for 7 hrs in his office and sends me off without changing anything on my laptop. At the end of 30 days with 12 hrs of waiting in his office and over 2 hrs of talk on phone, I have my laptop with the same broken base and an additional screwed up keyboard and wifi adapter. All this at a cost of rs 338 as servicing charges.</p>
