My Predator Monitor is just 4 months old. I noticed a red (hot) pixel and the Monitor itself was always quite wobbly, compared to the other Monitors we have (Auss, MSI and BenQ).
Since it is still under warranty I decided to contact the Acer support. I had to ship it to them at my own expense $67!
Almost 5 weeks later I received it back.
They tossed the original box, in which I have shipped the monitor to them and shipped it back in a brown box.
They changed the stand but they were not bale to detect the hot pixel.
Now here is the worst part:
When I opened the package I could not believe my eyes. I don't talk about the fingerprints on the screen, which should not be there at all.
They have packed the metal stand without any protection or upholstery side by side to the monitor!?
This was a flawless monitor in like brand new condition, not it is all scratched up! You got to be kidding me!
