Hi, Good Morning! Sorry to hear about your issue. Kindly do Power Drain by following the below steps.

     Power Drain :

     1)Unplug the AC power adapter.

2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.

3)Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and   hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.

If this doesn't work, try to BIOS defaults by following the below steps.

     RESET BIOS :

1.Turn off the unit. When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.

2.Immediately keep on tapping the F2 key to enter into the BIOS.

3.In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.

4.At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.

     5. Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

Try the above steps and post your results  :)

I hope that this is helpful to you! If I have answered your question kindly click YES, thank you ! :)

If the above steps doesn't resolve the issue, kindly try to do a Clean Boot by following the below steps.

Windows comes pre-loaded with hundreds of processes designed to make your PC run smoothly. Unfortunately, this typically leads to compatibility issues down the road when you install new apps or programs. When this happens, it often leads to slowdowns, freezing, or crashes. To fix it, your best bet is a clean boot that involves disabling non-essential services.

    1. In the lower left corner, click the Windows icon to reveal the Cortana Search field. Depending on your configuration, the search box may already be visible.
     2.
In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    Search result - System Configuration
      3. Click Services.
    Type msconfig Click Services
    4. Click the checkbox next to Hide all Microsoft services and Click Disable all.Click the checkbox Click Disable all
    5. Click Startup and Click Open Task Manager.
Click Startup Click Open Task Manager
    6. Click any startup program you suspect might be interfering. Click Disable. Repeat the same for all startup programs.

Click any startup program Click Disable
    7. Click the X to close Task Manager. Click OK in the System Configuration window. Restart your PC.
    Click the X Click OK

I hope that this is helpful to you! If I have answered your question kindly click YES, thank you ! :)
