Keyboard error on acer nitro an517-51, some keys not working

i have already sent one of these models back to the shop for certain keys on the keyboard not working. the first machine i had it happened in the first day i started the machine. also sometimes the keys would start working and then stop and some other keys would stop working. 
now i have a replacement exact same model, had it for about a month and certain ketys have stopped working again, v,b, space bar,num3,num5,num6 to name but a few. this has now happened on the second machine of this type so it must be a common problem and im wondering if there is a fix for this.

if not i will have return my second version of this laptop and when i get a third replacement, will this happen again?

any updates? Have the same issue, brand new laptop bought and some key are not working-.--

yes, two was enough for me, i returned the acer nitro and got an hp pavillion instead, its a shame cos the acer was a lovely machine but i got lucky and for the same money got a much faster i7 with bigger ssd, acer need to address this obvious problem but i got no help from them. i wont ever buy them again.

Try updating the BIOS to 1.31, I had same issue and mine works normal now. Good luck!
