I woke up this morning and decided to update the laptop to the current window (I think windows 11) and it was going slow but I thought nothing of it so I left it on for a few hours while I went out and let it update. I come back and it starts fine but when I try to open the nitro sense or Microsoft edge it says it’s missing resources and won’t open. I click the restart button and see if that helps. Now it keep starting up saying either automatic repair and restart or PC ran into some problems then restarting and “diagnosing the problem” then it starts on a blue screen saying Automatic repair with the buttons “restart” and “advanced option” and that’s as far as I am currently

Go to the "advanced option" then startup options and select Restore my computer to an earlier date then pick a restore point that is before the update
