Gaming on WOW Classic. Booted to login every 15 mins no problem reloging  other computer does not have any issues with game. Seems like Helios 500 is turning WiFi off somehow. Suggestions?

Try the below step and check
power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.
BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page.
Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart

Is this happening in all games, or just this game?

Ron9 have you checked if its not your own router kicking you out of the wifi network for some reason some routers do that if not properly setup especially if there are many devices at the same time using the wifi its just a hunch anyway :) you could always try and uninstall the wifi adapter drivers completely and reinstall them and also you could check in your power plan advanced setup if anything related with the adapter its on saving mode usually its not but its always better to check

Uncheck Power Saving in Device Manager for the Wi-Fi driver.

Thanks.  Reloaded all software - clean install.  No pin found on back around power cord. Only seems to do it on WoW. That is the only long timed thing i have done yet.  Gonna try to turn off power saving..  Seems to me (preamble to stupid stuff) that the 15min cutoff is caused by some setting. Thanks.

Humm.. no joy.  The older laptop (same game, same spot) worked fine.  All other connections, tv, phones, etc. work fine.
I am out of thingies to do... Turned off power saving in Windows.  When i am disconnected, I am able to reconnect right away, back to the same point where I was disconnected in WoW.  Good thing I saved the box, lol.

Ron9 probably just an OS bug due to a recent update or something :) best thing to do its always to stock recovery clean install to rule out any software issues  glad it worked fine for you
