Acer Promotion no physical receipt

Hello sorry to come here with this but I've been waiting for a response via email to no avail

I purchased the Helios 300 & was trying to claim the promotion of free warranty & backpack.

They need a photo containing both the serial no cut from box & also the receipt. 

I purchased online from Currys PC world and only have digital receipt. I took a screenshot of said receipt but the only way I can think of doing it is placing screenshot of receipt on Laptop screen with serial no from box next to it then take a photo of the two. 

Is this idea ridiculous? Forgive the long winded explanation.
