My Acer Predator G3-710 had a defective motherboard and had to be replaced. The new identical motherboard rebooted but I keep getting a PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM message.
What I need to know is can I use my old Windows 10 operating system as I have no key and how can I get around this message. Please help as the motherboard was very expensive and was only 3 months outside of the 2 year warranty and I did not want to purchase another operating system.

Thanks MartinJohn00001 for your advice. I did change my boot sequence in the Bios to Hard Drive but it did not work till I reset to factory defaults, restarted it and the hard drive was actually read and on the first boot it posted, I went through Microsoft to re-register and everything worked. It was a blessing as I did not have to reload windows 10. Thanks again for your help.

Criski usually on all acer and all other manufacturers devices the windows key its built into the mobo bios itself so you would only have an issue if you had to swap the mobo as the oem key its attached to it but again if this was done by acer repair center it would be pre-activated again thats why the devices will not bring any sticker with the keys like they had back in 2009/12 not sure exactly sure when this was force to by MS :)
