Helios 300 doesn't work as well as it should

Hey,
I am having some problems with the Helios 300 I bought last Christmas
Since the very beginning, I have been having lag spikes problems (I am talking drops to 5 fps for 1 or 2 seconds happening quite regularly), which appears to be a common problem for users, caused by high temperatures. PredatorSense records average temps of more than 80 when gaming (I've been playing AC:Odyssey)
Recently, I felt like these lag spikes had become more frequent, and was feeling like I had lower fps than usual: on AC:Odyssey I was forced to reduce graphics to close to medium preset in order to run the game at a somewhat stable 40 fps, while still having frequent fps drops
Today I decided to try and undervolt the CPU, as I saw it could fix the issue (I used ThrottleStop and followed a tutorial)
Here are the settings I use in throttlestop (the ones the tutorial told me to use, with some little changes, like higher temp for Alarm profile activation)

Problem is, it doesn't seem to fix the issue
I still have very high temperatures. Lag spikes seem to be less frequent though, which is good, but they still happen (Maybe I should try and undervolt a bit more). I still don't get as many fps as I should.
This morning for example, I was playing Just Cause 3 ( 3 not 4 !), and while playing the game temperatures were 80°C for the CPU and 85°C for the GPU. And the game doesn't seem to run much better than on my old laptop which had a 3rd gen i7 and a 660M...

Here are benchmarks I did yesterday (with undervolting active). Surely 16% gaming score on a modern gaming laptop is not normal. I don't really know what to make of it though

BTW, I thought I had managed to launch throttlestop on startup using the task scheduler, and the software does launch, but undervolting doesn't seem to activate; does anyone know of a solution?

Thanks in advance to anyone that might try to help me

I just bought Acers top of the line Helios 300 with the RTX 2060 GPU and it just cannot play Control or COD Modern Warfare without lagging out. It will play for a short while (5 minutes) and then all the lagging starts. My wireless Xbox controller will also lose connection when the game begins to lag.

I think this truly sad. Acer was a waste of money. I've recently sent it out to them and they sent it back with a wiped and reset laptop. This did nothing to fix this thing.

This was supposed to be a gaming laptop...what is the problem here?? All drivers are up to date.

Hippolyte if after optimizing windos/undervolting the thermal issues persist you only solution its to repaste it with kryonaut or similar your gpu temps are too high

Oh brother I hear you.....By the way Welcome to the club. Just wanna tell you that the problems you are facing are just a beginning, I bought previous version of this costly machinery with gtx 1060 to play games at decent fps and I am suffering till this. As the machine gets older the pathetic it performs. Now I run CS:GO with gpu at 96 deg and cpu temp reaches around 98 deg C and thats just the way it is, so it will be better if you start excepting that you did a big one like me here. Only optiion you have is to apply ARTIC Thermal paste every 3-4 months to supress the throtling issues. This was my 1st laptop and abhor this machine so much that it will be my last for gaming. Take my advice, safe some bucks and build yourself a PC, where temp would never surpass75 or 78 that too if you have completely overclocked it. I understand your pain bro all those bucks going down the drain, I hope those pigs at Acer will understand it someday, maybe.
P.S. - ***** off Acer never gonna buy your product again and will also discourage others from buying it!
