After a few days of trying I need help.

My camera works fine on my old desktop pc on USB 2.0 and 3.0.
I try to connect on all USB port, with many cables, on my Predator PH317-52.
Updating Windows10 and reinstalling drivers on the MTP device it shows in the Device Manager many times.
I contacted GoPro support for help and they say that it is all ok but not on my laptop.
In the devices manager, it shows as MTP device and in the Devices and Printer list is in the unspecified devices list.
in the support page of my device https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7602?b=1 there is no driver for the USB so I can't install them

Feith all the pluf&play including mtp and usb drivers are all generic and provided by microsof itself not acer does your old desktop uses the same win10 version your have in the predator ans also are you on 1903 if so probably thats the issue as windows is always updating drivers if you dont disable windows update ans most of the times it will break it instead of fixing it also go pro should have drivers for windows 10 or they are also using the windows generic drivers if so i think your solution might be contact microsoft to see if they can solve the issue you only have 2 choices here either go pro provides you with a latest win10 x64 driver or they would had to sort it out with microsoft to get to the bottom of the issue as it seems a  driver incompatibility issue to me by what you had described

Thanks for the update, I will wait some time and adopt the SD adapter workaround, I always find a solution to my problems online so I almost never post or ask for help. GoPro is popular and I bet soon will be a fix for that because my GoPro was launched 25 days ago. I can't be the only one to have this problem. I will try to come back to post my solution when I will have one :D
