Hello!

I have Predator G5-793 and last night after i was surfing on the internet my predator suddenly froze and I turn it off (maybe even predator turned off itself). And then I start it again and got to "windows automatic repair" but then my predator frozen again and turn off itself. From that point when I try to turn my predator i can hear the fan and keyboard light turn on stay for 15 sec and turn off and lights continue in that loop.

Does anyone know where is a problem? I read about similar problem on this forum but nothing helps. Does anyone has fd. file for bios to give me so I could try to restore bios from usb.

    Hi,

These are the basic steps that you need to follow.

If your computer is not having the inbuilt battery follow these steps.

    1.  Turn off the laptop.  Unplug all the cables and devices including power cable.

    2.  Remove the battery if it is not inbuilt.

    3.  Hold the power button for 50 seconds.

    4.  Connect all the cables back

    5.  Turn on the computer.

Jakov first of all check your ram compartment and make sure the interlock kill switch its properly pressed when you close it to make sure if needed add some layers of electrical tape to the door side that presses it when screwed back also remove your ram clean the contacts and reinsert it secondly disconnect from AC press/hold the battery pinhole kill switch (situated on the left side of the bottom) for 30s  let the laptop rest for 2/3h try to boot it up if you have image boot into bios and reset it to defaults if no image try an external display/tv to see if you have image through the DGPU and you might want to check the display cable connector on both sides mobo and display itself to see if its properly connected or even if the cable its damaged as it can be the display cable/the display itself or even the worst case the mobo itself bare in mind the display its connected to the IGPU it will not work with the DGPU in any way if there is any issues with the IGPU you wont have display this is why i suggested you to connect an external display and check IGPU issues drivers etc and if your windows updated lately could also be the issue there are many factors to consider here
