Crackling/buzzing sound when CPU usage over 15% + loud popping sound (cooling clean and working prop

Hello!
I've owned Aspire VN7 792G for over two years and it's an awesome one.
About two months ago however I started hearing a quiet buzzing/crackling sound (here's a recording, though it sounds way quieter in person:https://vocaroo.com/i/s1GbCQkaMT8l)
It wasn't constant, it only appeared when the CPU usage remained over 15% for a couple of minutes and disappeared moments when the CPU usage went down. On top of that, sometimes though very rarely a much much louder and irregular sound of popping appeared (I'd compare it to loudly popping a bubble wrap). I thought it might be the cooling, so I gave my laptop to a specialist who cleaned the fans and replaced the thermal paste. He assessed that the cooling is operational and working properly now.
But the sound persists. It appears on fewer occasions and disappears more easily, but it's still here. Now the quiet buzzing isn't distracting, it's really quiet, I just wonder if it is to be ignored or an indication of a bigger problem coming. What really worries me is the loud popping sound, that sounds scary.
Any idea what it might be? What can I do to help it?
Thanks!

    buzzing could be coil whine.
on cpu load , more the power load, more current passes through the coils, hence they vibrate more, which you hear as buzzing.
it is not harmful to the laptop.

cracking / popping noise i dont know ....
